User Guide

We guide you through the service usage method from membership registration to ordering and delivery.

The user guide below is a sample based on the electronic commerce standard guide. Please modify some items or supplement detailed contents according to the actual operation policy.

Signup & Order

You can sign up immediately by agreeing to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy in the [Sign Up] menu and entering required items, and you can use all services for free.

  2. Add to Cart
  3. Member Login or Non-member Order
  4. Fill out Order Form
  5. Select Payment Method and Pay
  6. Order Complete (Check Order Number)

※ Please note down the order number and approval number when ordering as a non-member.

Payment

For high-amount payments, a confirmation call from the card company may be made, and if it is determined not to be a normal order, the order may be withheld or cancelled.

When depositing without a bankbook, the name of the orderer and the name of the depositor must match, and if the deposit is not made within 7 days after the order, it will be automatically cancelled.

Exchange & Return

Possible Cases

Within 7 days of receiving the product. If the contents are different from the display/advertisement or the contract is performed differently.

Impossible Cases

Damage caused by customer negligence, decrease in value due to use, difficulty in resale due to passage of time, etc.

※ For simple change of mind returns, the customer bears the shipping cost.
